The instability of the Suspension Trainer forces you to brace your core, glutes and lower back in order to create the leverage necessary to perform the movement.
What does that really mean?
The training programs with the “TRX Suspension training systems are simply a smarter, safer and more efficient way to accomplish your fitness goals”.
TRX Core Workout ($25 per class, $150 per 10-pack): We have LOTS of group classes! Each instructor brings a unique twist to their classes so each class IS different. Beginner classes are also available to build your confidence. However, TRX allows you to tailor your workout intensity and speed regardless of the others in the class. You can take any level of class regardless of your fitness level. Move at your pace. Never push through pain (that means anything that hurts in your joints). Challenge yourself. Follow these simple rules and you will get stronger and healthier.
TRX Circuit Training ($25 per class, $150 per 10-pack): All the same moves you find in a TRX Core Workout but using a “TABATA style” workout. We have 20 suspension trainers available and therefore we can have 20 “or” 40 different exercises throughout your circuit training class. You will go as hard as you can (or want) for 40 seconds on each exercise and then rest for 20 seconds as you move to the next suspension trainer to prepare for your next exercise. Survive the circuit. Push as hard as you are comfortable!
Rip Cord Training ($25 per class): These classes are ADVANCED! The rip cord follows the same principle of “all core, all the time”. The difference is that not only are you constantly engaging your core musculature and stabilizing but you have added resistance training with a “spring back” effect that requires even MORE stabilizing with your core. Only 4 people per class!
Personal Training ($60 per session – 45 minutes): The reality is that some people just don’t like to workout with others. We understand. We have personal trainers on staff available to give you the one-on-one time you need

TRX SUSPENSION TRAINING PRINCIPLES
Kaiser Fitness TRX Training Monmouth County NJ offers three principles enable you to instantly scale TRX Suspension Training movements.
VECTOR RESISTANCE PRINCIPLE
For most standing movements, positioning your feet closer to the anchor point will increase resistance and heighten the challenge. Stepping farther away from the anchor point will decrease resistance and make movements easier to execute.
For ground-based movements, moving your feet away from the anchor point will increase resistance and heighten the challenge. Moving your feet towards the anchor point or behind the anchor point will decrease resistance and make movements easier to execute.
In general, performing movements with a narrower base of support or unilaterally (using just one arm or just one leg instead of both arms or both legs) will increase the challenge of TRX movements. The wider your base of support, the more stable you will be during TRX movements and the less challenging they will be to perform.
